Volunteer Opportunities
The Lexington School of Ballet Volunteer Association is a group of dedicated and supportive friends and parents who contribute to the success of our student performances. We are so grateful for their participation year after year.
Our capable volunteers generously pitch in across a wide variety of areas including: helping monitor younger students; assisting with hair and make-up; selling tickets at the door; ushering, and setting up and breaking down the stage. Volunteering before, during, and after performances is easy and fun!
In addition, we are always looking for artistic assistance. Photographers, videographers, artists to help create props and scenery; costume designers and seamstresses to aid with sewing; and, of course, Christmas tree trimmers for The Nutcracker! If you have another talent please let us know – we welcome your expertise.
Please join our Lexington School of Ballet Volunteer Association if you would like to be instrumental in creating performances that reflect our mission of staging artistically excellent performances that also promote a warm, nurturing, and professional setting for your children and for all of the students at Lexington School of Ballet.
