The Jazz Program

The vibrant Jazz Program at Lexington School of Ballet gives students the best of classical jazz technique while introducing the current wave of new jazz styles. Master classes with guest teachers and workshops offer students the chance to study with world renowned teachers.

Jazz classes are offered for students beginning at age eight through adult. New students are asked to audition to ensure appropriate level placement. Students are encouraged to have a firm background in ballet before starting jazz studies.
